How Do I Get Involved?
Any student interested in taking IB courses or pursuing the IB Diploma at Quabbin Regional High School is welcome to enroll. There are no pre-requisites to the IB Diploma Programme; there is no application or selection process: Quabbin strives to have IB available to all students.
If you are interested in taking some courses that may assist in evaluating or preparing for the IB Diploma Programme, we recommend that students enroll in courses such as Inquiry Skills or one of the ab initio level World Languages. These courses follow the philosophies of the International Baccalaureate Organization and promote the habits of mind the students will develop throughout the Diploma Programme. Taking these courses is not required, but will assist potential students in preparing for the rigors and philosophy of the IB Programme.
